Support includes account password resets, password policy configurations, account and application troubleshooting. Application maintenance and backups to be performed on a weekly basis. MFA: Provide support for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) utilizing OKTA Administration. Manage MFA groups and members within Okta and DUO. Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Five or more years of experience with a variety of access management and federations solutions Five or more years of experience with MicroFocus (Novell) eDirectory Administration, CNA Certified – required Five or more years of experience with Linux (Unix) Administration and Windows Server Administration required Three or more years of experience with LDAP Administrative Tools required Preferred Qualifications Experience with Okta Identity Multi-Factor Authentication a plus Experience with DUO Multi-Factor Authentication a plus Experience with Networking (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP) a plus Experience with Cloud based services a plus.
