The analyst will review existing process and business continuity documentation, interview business owners, and validate documentation. Where gaps exist, the Analyst will update or create new business process documentation. The analyst will identify human resource, facility, and tools needed to continue operations of essential services and document these in a business continuity plans. Required Skills: * A thorough understanding of the business continuity planning process with demonstrated experience creating plans for essential business services. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Experience modeling business processes including inputs, outputs, activities, and tools * Proficient with Microsoft Visio * Working knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) specifications * Self-starter, results-oriented, able to work in a team environment as well as independently Desired Skills: * Formal Six Sigma training and application experience * Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) * Business knowledge of procurement, insurance, or human resources   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
