Technical Analyst responsibilities include defining the statement of work, success criteria, identifying products for evaluation; lead & execute the evaluation, and other tasks as needed to accomplish the goal. Working with development manager, he or she will be responsible for execution of the project, including general, ongoing communications, negotiation of scope and schedule changes, key risks, issue resolution, and ongoing progress reporting. The ideal person would be one who has some development background, with skills of business analysis, and a strong passion to find quick and scalable solutions for business needs. Job Requirements: 3-5 years experience in enterprise application development in some capacity Experience or knowledge in low-code platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc. Some web application development experience on any platform Knowledge of SQL, database, and relational data models Strong process analysis and documentation skills; experience on projects to develop workflow-based enterprise software Experience or strong knowledge in one or more technical solutions/architectures such as web services, portals, business process modeling, UI technologies like AJAX, relational databases, Business Intelligence (coding experience not required) Effective analytical and presentation skills Excellent organizational experience and professionalism Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 65% TECHNICAL SKILLS, 25% BUSINESS SKILLS AND 10% MANAGEMENT SKILLS. Sample Projects: This position will be primarily responsible for evaluation of low-code platforms for upcoming projects in GTRI. After the evaluation and acquisition of the selected platform, will be part of the team that will roll out business solutions to customer using the selected platform. Business solutions are needed in the areas of HR, Operations, Project Management, Contracting, Financials and others. Project types include web applications, system integrations, analytical solutions or mobile solutions.
