Collaboration & Defect Management: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders from a testing perspective; produce detailed defect reports (steps to reproduce, severity, impact, screenshots/logs) and verify fixes using Tosca for retesting. Testing Scope: Perform regression and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system reliability. Compliance & Security: Uphold Georgia IT security and privacy standards, particularly for sensitive data.
