The qualified candidate must work efficiently and effectively and possess a variety of technical skills and experience related cloud architecture, preferably AWS. Duties & Responsibilities: • Drives requirements for integrating cloud capabilities and scenarios supporting the service, including service availability, quality, outage management, subscription management, correlation of usage and charges, and cost-efficient solution architecture. • Provides technical guidance regarding performance, scalability, security, design, and implementation of cloud services. • Plan, design and develop solutions to meet customer needs by translating business requirements into system designs • Supports management in implementing next generation network infrastructure leveraging AWS • Experienced in designing and implementing high availability solutions in the cloud • Building and deploying virtual private cloud with high security • Experienced in networking and core internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, routing) • Experienced in automation technologies • Leverage platform Monitoring Services to maintain SLAs and overall platform performance • Document processes and system configurations • Monitor system performance Qualifications/ Preferred Qualifications • Facilitating the development, testing, and deployment of complex IT system in a multi-tier cloud environment. • Experience in cloud network layer security including, but not limited to, firewall filters, security groups, IPSec Tunnels, Client VPNs, IPS/IDS, end points • Experience in cloud application layer security including, but not limited to, web application firewall, TLS encryption, vulnerability management • Cloud technology hands on specialization including, but not limited to, virtualization, storage, database, network & content delivery, Analytics, security compliance, customer engagement • Experience in data security and encryption • Experience in configuration, deployment and management of Cloud/on-prem infrastructure • Use of Microsoft Office environment (Project, Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio) in managing projects • Experience as an architect to identify and assess risks, develop alternative approaches for mitigation, and document recommendations. • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, including proactive information dissemination, meeting facilitation and presentations. • Ability to advise business and IT stakeholders in an objective and professional manner • Demonstrated experience with AWS environment Education • BA or BS in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
