As a part of this effort, Client is seeking a partner to build a new public website to host the Victim Services Division (VSD) marketing materials. During the course of this engagement, the contractor will review the requirements and visual design materials produced by a third party marketing agency, perform technical design on the visual elements and custom components, create the CMS hosting infrastructure, and build the website including custom components and HTML/CSS themes. At the end of the project, the website will be built, content loaded, and available to create additional and update existing content while a go-live date is determined in accordance with the marketing strategy.
