In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for Client through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers. Responsibilities: Lead by example and provide recruitment support to the Engineering organization Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines. Partnering with a Technical Sourcer to build robust recruiting strategies for every search Coach, mentor and train team members to find the best employees for our company Drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process In partnership with Sourcer, proactively recruit passive talent to join the Client [insert division] team Partner with Internal cross functional teams to enable effective decision making through the hiring process. Leverages external market data and to improve the sourcing strategy and optimize for time to fill Conducts recruiting strategy kickoff meetings with high degree of influence Owns conducting pre-brief and debrief meetings with client groups and plays a key role in decision making by demonstrating abilities to make appropriate tradeoffs Partner with the business to drive various initiatives/events to in alignment with the talent priorities Act as an advisor to hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team Utilize the worlds best recruiting /passive sourcing tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our “members first” company value Ensure data integrity within Clients Applicant Tracking System and Client Recruiter Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting engineering talent Experience with applicant tracking systems Experience using Client Recruiter or Client as a recruiting tool to attract passive talent Experience as a master storyteller to attract and hire top talent Experience being a strategic advisor on talent related matters Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
