This role will support DPHs ESM Program and work with ESM leadership and governance bodies to gain a shared understanding of the current state challenges and issues as well as collaboratively develop solutions that strengthen processes and drive more effective decisions and results. The OE Lead will also provide ongoing advice on a communications and engagement strategy to drive commitment of ESM changes for all impacted groups within DPH. Roles and Responsibilities Assess current decision making, communication, and management routines to identify opportunities for more efficient processes within the ESM project. Develop and gain agreement on a set of operating principles to provide direction and guidance for all project governance and decision making bodies. Provide structure and process recommendations that are consistent with and support the agreed-to operating principles. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholder groups and governance bodies to review implications of operating principles and solicit ideas/input on creation of more efficient processes. Provide advice and counsel to project leadership on communication strategies that drive commitment from audience groups impacted by ESM changes at DPH. Support project leadership in the identification of issues/risks associated with organizational structure and processes.
