A thorough understanding of user and business needs are essential. In this role, an Endpoint Support Engineer has a good understanding of user and business needs. Design, implement and support approved technical solutions as well as resolve endpoint issues. Additional responsibilities include: Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs. Skills/Qualifications: Proficiency in managing and supporting security tools, including product installations, upgrades, and technical support across multiple platforms including one or more of the following: OS Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, Skills with AWS are a plus Proficient experience packaging, installing, and maintaining 3rd party vendor products in a large enterprise. Understanding of VM and VDI provisioning processes Ability to learn and adapt to changing Cybersecurity technologies, tools, techniques, and concepts Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work well within a team environment Ability to complete assigned tasks within agreed-upon timeframes and with minimum coaching Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or engineering is required, masters degree is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in managing and supporting security tools, including product installations, upgrades, and technical support across multiple platforms.
