Covendis mission is to make it easier for clients to work with their suppliers. In this role, you support this mission as the main point of contact for multiple state agency hiring managers working to ensure client staffing needs are filled efficiently with quality candidates. This is a hybrid position. The Program Manager position consists of the following responsibilities: Develop a solid relationship between Covendis and the Client Provide the primary link between Covendis and local state governments in their hiring programs Partner with client hiring managers to ensure new requests are specific, accurate, and complete to identify quality candidates Work with vendors to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide program updates Monitor onboarding progress, keeping the client informed and prompting parties to complete tasks as needed Resolve situations that hinder the delivery of services or quality of work Log and track problems and resolutions Use the Covendis Vendor Management System (VMS) to assist Clients with transactions Provide software training as need to support client users Prepare quarterly business reports and review with client administrators Develop additional business as situations permit Qualifications: Prior account management, client service/support, project or program management experience Prior recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and/or general staffing industry experience preferred Excellent customer service and strong relationship building experience Demonstrated excellent communication and follow-up skills Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills To be successful, you should have the following personal attributes Detail oriented, results focused Ability to learn and master new software at the transaction level Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly flexible environment Ability to assume responsibility and work with limited direction Any or all of this type of experience would be a plus Experience working with or for the Government (City, State or Federal) Vendor Management System (VMS) experience Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience Small business experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
