Test process with different subjects. 8. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc. 9. Coordinate the offering of training courses through campus-wide communications efforts or directed within a unit including development of training schedules. 10. Coordinate course registration, training materials production and distribution and availability of training support equipment. 11. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education, Specialized Knowledge and Experience - Bachelors Degree - Required Years of experience required for this job : - Two-Three years job related experience Certifications or licenses required for this job: - Certifications or licenses preferred: ITIL Specialized Skills Required: • Proven experience as technical trainer • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects • Experience in designing technical course content • Creation and editing of training videos • Ability to address training needs with complete courses • Working knowledge in O365 (especially PowerPoint) • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Software • Service Now • Vyond • Adobe Captivate • O365 • Video Editing tools Specialized skills preferred: • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset. • ITIL Certification • Knowledge of Service Now Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
