Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform Job responsibility with minimal supervision. 2. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance including security patches of software and all hardware. 3. Prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user help requests. 4. With assistant from consultant, troubleshoot and resolve potentially complex hardware, software, and network problems. 5. Develop desktop software images and update desktop software/applications. 6. Performs data backups and disaster recovery operations. 7. Troubleshoot and maintain courtroom equipment including x-ray equipment. 8. Work with consultants to maintain for example eCourt, firewall and domain controllers. 9. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. 10. Be able to evaluate existing systems and network; make recommendations, evaluate new technologies or suggest improvements. 11. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Training & Experience: • B.S. or 3-years experience in related field, (computer science or information technology) • Ability to provide software/hardware support; build and deploy images for desktops; good understanding of Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of Cisco switches; active directory, group policy objects, a plus. • Understands security issues such as anti-virus, firewall rules, malware, etc. • Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects.
