Consultants replying to the RFQ are asked to incorporate the following components into their proposals for the Citys consideration of their services: overall design, information architecture, content management system (CMS) software; implementation of site and CMS software; and training: • Develop an information architecture that ensures consistency throughout the website and supports easy navigation of the site to key City services. Work with the Communications and Outreach Director to determine an architecture navigation framework to support easy navigation to key City services and information. • Provide a comprehensive CMS. The CMS must include a simple management system that allows non-developer staff members the ability to create, edit, and remove authorized web site pages. It should allow for the upload and use of different media in a page.
