Under broad supervision, designs, codes, tests, modifies and debugs computer software. Writes and analyzes programs of moderate complexity. Analyzes, researches, and resolves program or systems problems and develops program documentation. The developer will be responsible for developing and creating web applications for the DDS business partners and courts. Duties include creating wireframes, application flows, and storyboarding; reviewing impacts on other DDS software on web services; contributing to preparation of Implementation Guide; assisting in testing, training, and communication plans. Candidate MUST possess good understanding of different software development methodologies; both traditional and Agile. Candidates must possess a bachelors degree. Prefer the degree be in the following fields: Computer Science Computer/Management Information Systems Mathematics Strong analytical skills Experience writing SQL queries.
