Create a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes and budgets defined. Lead project teams and utilizes standard project management methodology. Knowledge of standard PM tools such as Project Online or Pro, SharePoint, Visio, Office 365 Suite, etc., to share project plans and manage overall communication with stakeholders. Exceptional at documentation, tracking and monitoring a budget. Knowledge of large rollouts that include IT end-user devices , infrastructure projects, and IT components in construction projects (new builds and renovations). Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project. Report weekly on project success, criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities, to include project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks/issues. Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Knowledge and skillset in: • Planning • Schedule development and maintenance • Budget management• Resource tracking • Risk management • Communications management • Reporting • Quality management • Vendor management. Personal Qualities and Experience: Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills are needed. Well-developed communication skills – oral, written, listening. Good analytical and negotiation skills, and close attention to detail. More than five years of demonstrated, relevant project management experience in managing large complex programs/projects utilizing multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.) is required. Education and Certifications: •Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
