Some Weekend Travel may be required Soft Skills Required: Familiarity with Griffin Production Processes Demonstrated ability to resolve manufacturing process defects. Hands on electrical experience; simple circuit repair, harness construction and re-work, dyno cell point to point troubleshooting. Experience with 6S CPI Green Belt Lead projects Good communication (PowerPoint, excel graphs, etc), interpersonal and collaboration skills. Experience with PSPS, CTC Rules, CAT ET, Cadet and CANape.
