Job Responsibilities ? Perform ad-hoc data requests of simple complexity. ? Convert data into a meaningful reporting format for use by the business. ? Document, communicate and present data reports to internal customers at a manager level and below as required. ? Use business knowledge to interpret data for tactical customer needs. ? Upon request, provide support for migrations, conversions, maintenance and testing. ? Develop cross-functional relationships with other departments and provide analytical support as needed. Job Requirements Education Required Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Experience Required Minimum of two years of experience in data reporting. Skills and Knowledge Required Good knowledge of report development tools like Crystal, Cognos, and Microsoft Access, SQL. Basic knowledge ETL principles to extract and store data. Ability to work multiple projects concurrently within established timelines.
