He or she ensures that mobility products and services perform as intended, operate within optimal financial parameters, and are delivered at superior customer service levels. He or she provides mobile messaging support to associates and extended support teams. This role will be focused on L1 support for associates entering the CYOD program. They will also provide support to the end to end process of enrollment, configuration and general support questions focusing on the CYOD program. Must have great instincts to recognize and prioritize emerging service issues and bring the appropriate level of attention and resources to successfully resolve them. Has a strong ability to synergize with other IT teams and shows great diplomacy. Responsibilities • Provide mobility guidance, support and input for an associate regarding the CYOD program. • Proactively identify potential issues in the mobility environments. Alert associates and peers as appropriate, and assist with root cause analysis. • Process mobility service requests, including and not limited to: ensuring accurate procedures are followed: activation of new services, cancellation of existing service, change of carrier or liability, change of service type or change of equipment type, adhering to corporate standards and security policy, installation of Airwatch, validating approval in program, and connection with corporate data. Education Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent education in a related discipline is required. Experience Required • Minimum of 1-3 years Mobile Device and Policy Management on Apple, and BlackBerry in a medium to large business. • Experience with Mobility and Messaging technologies including the following is also preferred: BlackBerry Enterprise Server. 5 and 10, Airwatch, Microsoft Exchange, • Experience with mobile device specifications, hardware and security. • A working knowledge of wireless technical standards. • Experience with project management, lifecycle management and critical path scheduling. General Skills • Excellent customer services skills. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on assignments. • Track record of delivering on time, high quality project deliverables and optimizing outcomes per objectives and priorities. • Outstanding written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills required. • Solid analytical skills and the ability to solve problem quickly and completely. • Great team player with an excellent attitude and aptitude for change • Efficiency in the following suite of applications Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project or similar toolset, Visio.
