The analyst will also be responsible for deriving those metrics from multiple business units and operating groups within Fiserv. The analyst will assist in defining quality thresholds, and establishing and monitoring the source datas fitness for use in PAR metrics. The analyst will also make recommendations to improve the quality of source data in support of PAR. The role will be responsible for profiling, analyzing and validating operational system and assisting to determine the quality and value of those metrics. The analyst will also work to conceptualize, define, and drive quality processes needed to support PAR metrics. The role will work closely with multiple teams to define and support business analytic processes. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. The position will be responsible for working with a pan-Fiserv team to produce quality metric reporting processes and guiding the team toward best practices ensuring the definition of cost-effective, scalable, and robust processes to meet the goals of the project. This individual will be required to: 2. Work with Corporate, Business Units, Enterprise Technology, and 3rd parties/partners to ensure compliance with enterprise standards 3. Work with Corporate, Business Units, and Enterprise Technology to facilitate the remediation of any identified compliance issues 4. Work with leadership to understand the data and information requirements to develop metrics aligned with the business need 5. Identify and weigh multiple process paths if needed – for short-term and long-term metrics creation capabilities and services 6. Assist in identifying the required integration points and inter-dependencies across various parts of the end-to-end process 7. In doing all of the above the role must: • Work in close collaboration with the entire pan-Fiserv team assigned to the project • Collaborate with other identified SMEs and process owners, from within Fiserv and/or from vendors & partners, to insure their inputs as well as accountability of their components in the overall process definition • Identify and document process frameworks that are leverage-able for future re-use • Align IT processes with business functions to improve flexibility, facilitate large scale reuse, improve comprehensibility, traceability, and visibility • Provide inputs for continuous improvement of processes Required Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor degree or equivalent in related disciplines. Job Related Experience: • The Business Data Analyst should have a minimum 10 years of experience in quality metric process methodology and systems audit. This individual should understand financial services as well as how to address quality issues within complex, heterogeneous environments.
