This role will primarily support the FIG Projects and Program Delivery office with the various day to day activities of creating executive presentations, monitoring schedules, tracking progress and updating online systems. The candidate with work with internal and external functional areas to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude organizational initiatives. Coordinates and completes the operational components of quality assurance tracking, metric and organizational reporting for Project and Program Delivery. JOB DUTIES – INCLUDES PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ONLY • Manage some aspects of Project and Program delivery reporting activities which include: Compiling data to measure and report on all KPIs • Create and maintain organizational initiative schedules, timelines, milestones • Develop reports for initiative status on a weekly basis to management • Prepare informal and formal presentations • Assist with portfolio and project updates in portfolio management tool • Assist with SharePoint Updates • Execute and update management plans as necessary • Coordinate meetings, as needed, to initiate working sessions, resolve project issues, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Requires excellent communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Project Management knowledge • Familiar with Project Management Tools including MS Project • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). • Organization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance by management • Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel • Experience in meeting planning, facilitation EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Bachelors Degree in technology or business-related field ADDITIONAL SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIRED • Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certification a plus • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
