Experience translating customer requirements into detailed architectural approaches and ServiceNow product specifications, creating realistic development plans and schedules. 5. Experience with ServiceNow product modules, including ITSM, SPM, IRM, ITOM, BCM, or similar enterprise modules. 6. 3-5 years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise platform solutions that integrate with multiple systems. 7. Experience evaluating and prioritizing requests for product changes and enhancements, and working with cross-functional teams. 8. Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, including ITIL best practices. 9. Experience with API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware technologies. 10. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Florida Department of Transportation systems. 11.
