This includes providing good performance feedback to team members. · Monitors the critical path of the work plan · Responsible for “feeding” the team work to ensure no one is sitting idle · Clearing impediments which block efficient progress towards release goals · Fostering communications amongst the Team and with stakeholders Required Skills: · Team player · Ability to work during core Philippines hours (13 hours ahead of Iowa time) as well as Chile (2 hours ahead of Iowa time until we fall back) · Speaks fluent Spanish highly preferred · Ability to travel to the Philippines and Chile as needed · Prior experience facilitating and building a high functioning teams in a remote and global environment preferred · Ability to share and communicate ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to technical and non-technical resources in clear concise language · Able to multi-task and work thru ambiguous situations · Experience managing complex projects with multiple, diverse deliverables · Basic understand of project accounting · Driver of change · At least 4 years of Project Manager / Scrum Master experience · Ability to create PowerPoint presentations · Moderate knowledge of Scrum methodology   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
