Job Description Consultant: Supporting Network Printers Experience, Printer Hardware And Software Experience, Printer Operations, User Account Administration

Description:

Provide direct support, consultation, guidance and training to users and identify technical solutions.Assisting HCIS printer lead with advanced installation, configuration, and maintenance of printer hardware; assistance with user account administration; and the ability to learn and provide basic clinic application support. Work will be performed directly in the clinical setting (OR, nursing unit, patient bedside, critical care unit, pharmacy) in a structured Help Desk environment. Target goal is the replacement of approximately 120 network printers.

Required Skills:

* Experience supporting network printers. Professional experience working with printer hardware and software in a managed workstation environment.
* Assistance with user account administration
* Ability to move and lift computer equipment.
