Responsibilities: · Design, develop, unit-test, configure, and implement new or enhanced business and technical software solutions through SDLC methodologies and processes. · Interact with the Client and project roles (PM, BA) to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction. · Define scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components. · Understand and use appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems. · Apply metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters. · Prepare system documentation. · Conforms to security and quality standards. Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. · Translate business requirements into functional specifications · Develop and maintain internal business applications/solutions to meet global business needs in the area of analytics and dashboards. · Prepare and maintain and execute system test plans and cases, training content, and release documentation · Collaborate with business leads to understand long term needs for design considerations · Provide second and third level application support · Documentation and maintenance of business performance metrics algorithms and data definitions.
