Develop quality assurance plans for modifications of the Tegrit Arrivos pension administration system (PAS)framework. Analyze and test new Arrivos releases. Verify that modifications meet user requirements and conform to established standards. Evaluate each change to determine all components that may be affected and perform regression testing as appropriate. Maintain QA testing environments to isolate changes under test, ensure that all components needed for the test are included, and the implementation instructions are complete, understandable and valid. Thoroughly document software defects against the applicable test scenario including the steps to recreate the defect, test data utilized, and the expected and actual test results. Develop quality assurance plans for data bridging processes between HREdge and Arrivos. Develop quality assurance plans for HREdge PAS software modifications and enhancements. Analyze and test maintenance code changes to the HREdge system. Conduct code reviews to verify compliance with PERSI documentation and coding standards. Write custom SQL scripts and use database tools to analyze, test and verify software quality. Oversee user acceptance testing for HREdge modifications. Maintain a change log to coordinate multiple changes that will be packaged into a production release. Manage production releases for HREdge system. May supervise other Software Quality Analysts and Software Testers. Software quality assurance test plans that provide the following : • Documentation of user requirements • Identification ofcomponents to be tested • Documentation of specific test scenarios • Detailed list of test steps • Identification of test data • Documentation of expected results Documentation of software defects including: • Steps to recreate • Test data utilized • Actual and expected results Software test criteria appropriate for subject matter experts to perform user testing of PAS software. Documentation of changes included in release builds of HREdge PAS software. Required Skills: • Expert knowledge of Software Quality Assurance planning, execution, methodologies, techniques and tools • Understanding of Government Pension System processes, rules and regulations. • Experience as a Team Leader in PAS software requirements analysis, PAS software design, PAS software testing, PAS software implementation and PAS software production support. • Ability to analyze implementation packets from developers, verifying that: o standards are met o each component functions as designed o all components needed for implementation are included in the submission o documentation is provided. • Extensive knowledge of Pension Administration Systems including HREdge and Tegrit Arrivos • In-depth knowledge of HREdge SQL database structure and Arrivos Oracle database structure • In-depth recent experience with Visual Studio 6 (C++, VB6); SQL Server 2000, 2005 and 2008; Oracle 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.1.0); Microsoft Access, Word and Excel; FileNet P8 workflow and imaging system, and Coldfusion 9.x. • In-depth experience with software change management and release management • Understanding of Visual Source Safe 6.0   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
