This position will assist with identifying appropriate data fields in existing databases to be used for data migration to a new database, working with contractors of existing systems to ensure all data is captured, working with DOPLs new system contractor to ensure data is extracted, provided to the new contractor in an agreed upon format, assist with data cleansing, and validation that the data has been imported into the new system correctly. This position will work with a team at DOPL that includes a project manager, business analysts, quality assurance testers, subject matter experts and database staff from the State of Idahos Information and Technology Services agency.
