This automated system will allow IDJC to increase customer service and support by • allowing us to monitor the progress of clients through the system to assure timely and accurate authorizations and discharges from service; • increasing reimbursement times for counties, tribes, and providers thus in turn allowing youth and their families to access behavioral health treatment timely without interruptions due to funding or billing issues; • reviewing regular budget reports and billing information from the county, tribe or providers to identify trends in the use of services and the levels of expenditure; • analyzing trends in service and expenditure use for the purpose of recommending and/or implementing operational changes. • providing a data sharing opportunity for stakeholders throughout Idaho.
