Create a relational database in 3rd normal form. The database schema will be based on data the Parole Commission uses or enters in SQL Server and will need to have referential integrity to IDOC data either through the data warehouse or CIS/Reflections 2. Use the Parole Commissions existing data sources to populate the created database 3. Verify the Parole Commission and Idaho Department of Correction, IDOC, can access the databases tables via ODBC, Open Database Connectiviity 4. Develop forms that can populate and retrieve data from the created database 5. Perform User Acceptance Testing on the forms with multiple staff entering data concurrently Required Skills: 1. Six plus years of Access and SQL Server Database experience. 2. Four (4) year college degree in computer science or related field, with advanced study preferred, or equivalent experience 3. Must have extensive knowledge of Access and SQL Server database and capable of hands-on work in all phases of database design, architecture, forms, troubleshooting and management. 4.
