Provide technical support for Microsoft Skype for Business, Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging, and Sonus phone gateways. Note: This PSO is for a service that is provided by a vendor using multiple individuals within their organization to monitor and support a Skype for Business environment. Proactively monitoring Lync/S4B/Exchange servers and users. Deploy monitoring agents on Lync/S4B/Exchange servers, to support alert Management Systems in Vendors Support Center. Any errors detected by Vendor monitoring solutions will auto-open tickets and alert Vendor Support. Vendor will then alert Client of relevant issues and enter into the system if necessary to begin troubleshooting. Assist Client in the troubleshooting of Voice or Video quality issues. Provide onsite support for parts replacement or troubleshooting when needed. Respond to Client support requests within the timelines outlines above in Severity of Issues. Provide competent remote analysis to determine the root cause. Identify software configuration issues and/or bugs and work directly with vendor to remediate.
