Job Description Manager: Agile/Scrum Environment, Service-Oriented Environments, Certified Scrum Professional,

Description:

* Certified Scrum Master under Project Manager 3 (PM3) category
* The person filling this position will be required to bring a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and practices, be able to use this knowledge, experience and skill set to facilitate and implement effective solutions operationally at all levels in the project, and to have the ability to disseminate this information to others within the project. The person filling this position will work directly with multiple development teams on delivery initiatives, mentor other Scrum practitioners, and/or assist in the implementation of proven, effective and efficient Agile processes and practices
* Experience as a Scrum Master or higher level coach/champion in a fast-paced and dynamic agile team environment supporting multiple stakeholders. Experience with the creation of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress toward goals and project outcomes. Experience interpreting and explaining specialized or complex technical material into information usable by business stakeholders. Experience leading teams to successful solution implementations, dealing with team and organizational impediments, and coaching others in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
* You have to be able to lead by example as opposed to rule by edict or dictate. You work hard to bring out the best in those you interact with. You are able to deal with conflicts in a timely and professional manner. You know how to present the hard truth about an issue, when to say “no” in a respectful and supportive manner, as well as how to clear obstacles in order for the team to succeed.
You need to act as a positive force for the greater team in regards to the sharing of Agile/Scrum knowledge across the team and agency. You live and breathe Agile concepts and put them into actions that deliver the desired results.

* Education: Four year college degree or equivalent technical study and subject mastery
* Experience: Two or more years of relevant and working Scrum Master experience

9. Must be able to lead a team to self-organization – Empowerment.
10. Must actively work to expose project development issues as early as possible while growing the relationship with our business partners - Partnership.

2. Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise.
