This effort will require defining and executing several projects under one umbrella. Due to numerous dependencies of the projects, it is critical that all the projects be managed as a program to reduce risk and to provide a holistic approach. Agency Expected Deliverables The Project Manager shall: Assist in the identification criteria to define the program. Define and identify the scope of projects that make up the program. Determine and implement the project managment execution process for each of the projects. Assist in defining the charter for each of the projects in the portfolio. Manage the oversite of the projects in the portfolio. Manage a shared budget to fund the portfolio. Design and implement a decision matrix for the portfolio. Manage and direct shared resources across the portfolio. Design and manage program level performance metrics. Manage and coordinate the dependencies across multiple projects. Manage program level risk and issues logs. Report program level status updates to appropriate stakeholders and provide dashboards. Manage stakeholders and their needs. Provide project schedules. Manage program communications. Develop and manage a resource plan. Maintain a decision log. Oversee and report on testing results. Work with architects to define the end goal of the program. Escalate issues to the project sponsors when necessary. Drive the execution of each of the projects in the portfolio. Required Skills: * PMP certification or demonstrated experience on large multi-million dollar projects * Experience managing multiple projects at one time * Experience performing oversight over numerous projects * Requires a minimum of 3 years of Scrummaster experience.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
