Required Skills: * The contractor selected to provide business analysis and project management services must be capable of interpreting complex, user-story, business/workflow processes and translating such user-stories into detailed software development work assignments that can be sequentially provided to the development team as work orders/tasks. * The contractor must utilize business analyst and project management best practices to avoid missed deadlines, deviations from the development schedule, performance failures and cost overruns, in order to control the development process, communicate development progress to IDWR and to produce the necessary final deliverables, on time, on budget and as required per the business needs of IDWR. * The contractor must demonstrate proficiency in managing software developed in C#, utilizing libraries, to be implemented in Microsofts .NET Framework (version 4.0 or greater) or in a browser-based environment. * The contractor must be familiar with software engineering code in C#, .Net, python 2.7, Microsoft SQL server and Internet Information Services (IIS) environments, as well as possess the ability to manage projects that store, retrieve and visualize database information using ESRIs ArcGIS Server and desktop 10.2.2. * The contractor must demonstrate an understanding of best programming practices. * The contractor must be familiar with designing logical databases, creating physical databases, and possess the ability to analyze, design, develop and enhance database objects, stored procedures and database views for SQL server databases. * The contractor must possess the ability to design database objects and develop code for secure integration with Microsofts 2008 R2 and/or 2012 R2 SQL server, Active Directory and IIS. * The contractor must be familiar with integrating IIS with the Microsoft Entity Framework and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). * The contractor must demonstrate the ability to program against Microsoft Entity Framework and Windows Presentation Foundation, utilizing standard Model-View-Controller (MVC) design practices and architecture.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
