Further, the Contractors Resource must comply with ITDs computer, email, and internet usage policy (Administrative Policy 5510) at all times. This policy is incorporated in this PSO by this reference and will be provided to the Contractor upon request. Personally Identifiable Information: Pursuant to this Agreement, the Contractor may collect or the State may disclose to the Contractor, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), which the State in conformance with Title 49, Chapter 2 Idaho Code and the Federal Driver Privacy Protection Act, regards as confidential. PII is information that identifies an individual, including, but not limited to, an individuals photograph, social security number, driver identification number, name, address, telephone number, and any medical or disability information. PII shall belong solely to the State, and the Contractor shall use such information only in the performance of its services under this Agreement. The Contractor shall not disclose PII to any third party except with the States prior written consent, or under a valid order of a court or governmental agency of competent jurisdiction, and then only upon timely notice to the State. The State may require that the Contractors officers, employees, agents or subcontractors agree in writing to the obligations contained in this section. All PII shall be returned to the State within twenty (20) working days of termination of this Agreement. The confidentiality obligation contained in this section shall survive termination of this Agreement. The Contractor shall notify the State within 24 hours of any loss, theft or inadvertent disclosure of PII. Scope As an expert in project management this position must be able to manage several ITD projects at the same time using PMBok principles, as appropriate. This includes the planning, development, procurement, implementation and evaluation of large, complex ITD projects. Oversee the supervision and or direction of contactors/state FTEs and provide direction to large diverse project team with focus on product delivery. Oversee the creation of all project artifacts and ensures that all ITD projects adhere to established PMO standards and procedures. Act as a liaison between the state and any service delivery 3rd party vendor.
