Agency Expected Deliverables Experience: Six plus years Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent technical study. Description of skills and knowledge include: • This is the expert-level project manager and the person must be an expert in project management, including the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of large, complex projects. • May supervise contractors and provide direction to a large and diverse project teams. • Planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of complex enterprise projects. • Identify decision-making issues and key stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to encourage and obtain stakeholder and/or community awareness and support, and identify project partners. • Experience interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by the public. • Experience developing and monitoring contracts. • Experience planning and implementing projects. • Development of project charter, scope, goals, work plans, timelines, implementation strategies. Creation of measurement processes/methods for assessing progress toward goals and project outcomes. Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) Mainframe/Job Specific Skills: • Ability to apply common Agile/Scrum practices. • Proficient in the agile software development life cycle using Scrum. • Garner respect from the teams and be willing to apply the necessary skills to get the job done. • Communicate well with teams and management. • Must be able to respond quickly, but not reactionary, to situations needing resolution. • Facilitate discussions and alternative or different approaches. • Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and respectful manner. • Ability to lead the teams to self-organization. • Actively work to expose issues as early as possible and work with Management to resolve. • Understand fundamental principles of software development processes and procedures.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
