The contractor will configure HP Quality Center to accomplish this and train client staff on how to properly use this tool. As much as possible documentation will be in a UML format to fully support the NCOMS initiative. The contractor needs to be available to start work immediately upon award of contract. Client may interview qualified contractors prior to the PSO closing to help accommodate our estimated start date. The contractor is expected to work in Boise and may also be required to work in correctional institutions. All contractors are required to have an client background check and be fingerprinted. The contractor must follow the IT timesheet requirements (please see attached process document.) * The contractor will evaluate and document the current client software testing process. * The contractor will work with the client development team to help design, implement and document a software testing environment using HP Quality Center v11.5. * The contractor will help design and document a testing strategy that will support clients Agile Scrum framework.
