Master Data Management Developer • Provide Talend Data Stewardship and MDM training to appropriate IT Staff • Advise MDM Developers and Data Governance Office on proposed MDM Data Modeling, Analyst and Solution Designs • Understand reference and master data integration needs • Identify master and reference data sources and contributors • Work with Data Governance Office and Data Stewards to define and maintain business, matching and merging rules • Create a repeatable process to manage changes to reference and master data • Work with Data Stewards to establish “golden records” • Define and maintain master data hierarchies and affiliations • Plan and implement integration of new data sources within the MDM • Prepare for MDM data deployment • Assist with stewardship design, data loading, cleansing, mastering and certified processes • Produce documentation (including workflows and procedures) for all new or changed processes or procedures • Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment • Familiarity with Data Governance, Master Data Management and Metadata Management concepts • Data Vault knowledge and experience • Standard software development principles • SQL query and programming • Functional knowledge of Talend MDM and Data Stewardship modules • Data Modeling experience and expertise • Excellent communication and analytic skills, including the ability to work well in a team-based environment • Interpersonal skills • DAMA Methodology familiarity • Wherescape knowledge and experience • Healthcare industry knowledge • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture & Business Process Management concept   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
