Job Description Engineer: Cisco IOS., Blue Coat, Check Point Firewalls NGX R70, Strong Analytical Skills

Description:
Member of client team responsible for supporting existing security solutions. Support Incident, Problem, and Change management activities for security solutions. Successful candidate will have:

1. 5 years hands on experience with Checkpoint firewalls.
2. Experience with Cisco IOS, Bluecoat proxy, Cloud Access Security Brokers, and/or F5 WAF/load balancers a plus.
3. Experience with security practices, reliability engineering, and system monitoring.
4. Analytical thinking with experience in system performance, Problem identification, and/or incident Root Cause Analysis.
5. Ability to work with end-users to resolve assigned incident tickets/issues in a timely manner, including participation in on-call rotation to provide after business hours support for priority incidents.
