Must-haves: -3-5 years of experience as a Server admin in an enterprise environment -Administration experience with Windows server 2000, 2003, 208R2, 2012 -Solid understanding of virtualization concepts and infrastructure (VMware, HyperV and Virtual Desktops) -Experience with documenting and working in a highly documented environment -Flexible with on call hours Pluses: -Solaris experience -Citrix experience Day-to-Day: This resource will be responsible for troubleshooting break/ fix issues in the virtual WebTop environment. Their responsibilities include going through their queue of tickets to help resolve issues, documentation of all actions, working with Windows servers, securing mobile desktops, helping build their new RDS environment, and working with VDI connectivity issues. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting virtual center issues, change control tickets and firewall smart request.
