Essential Job Functions • Ensures Commission Calculation and Reporting applications are operating efficiently. • Plans Production data loads and verifies completion timeliness and accuracy. • Handles Production incidents by leading impact and resolution analysis with various teams. • Supports root-cause documentation and implements lessons learned. • Liaises with business stakeholders to understand requirements / pain points and comes up with solution recommendations. • Supports application deployment activities and troubleshoots any environmental issues. • Recommends enhancements to existing processes to increase efficiency. • Documents and maintains documentation of key operational / deployment processes. • Co-ordinate with HR team, analyze incidents, defects • Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract • Release support – Technical Specifications, Test cases, build, test support and deployments • Review documented compensation plan components and associated definition and develop plan • Design system architecture, data model, information flow, input and output configuration and reporting templates • Build and unit test, as well as performing test support Education Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent or specific relevant experience. Experience: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT application development, operations support, or a similar role. • Experience with IBM ICM (aka Varicent). • Experience in a Data Integration environment • Experience with Oracle • Experience with writing and debugging complex SQL statements. • Experience independently managing multiple concurrent assignments. • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Detail oriented, quick learner, self-starter. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to articulate technical issues, root cause, and remediation plans in laymans terms. Special Skill Requirement: • Experience working with Informatica, Talend, Oracle, GitHub, Jenkins, TWS Scheduler, and Java web applications, preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
