The AA is accountable for the performance, quality and effectiveness of project deliverables. Primary Duties . Currently, Dealers utilize any CRM application of their choice (Siebel on Demand, SalesForce.com, ACT, etc.). They will be migrating into Navistars on-premise Siebel environment. The primary focus of this position is to work with Navistar Dealers and Technical Analysts to load CRM related data into Navistars Siebel CRM. . Participate in the development of EAI/EIM integrations . Participates in all testing stages to ensure project deliverables satisfy functional requirements (i.e. system, integration, stress and regression testing). .
