Exception request facilitation will include the creation of an exception request summary report and submission to the approver, documentation of pertinent parameters of exceptions and approval status, and performing trend analysis of exceptions as input into potential strategic initiatives. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. Must be well-organized and detail oriented, yet able to manage large data sets and multiple, concurrent projects. "Achiever" personality traits will be beneficial to the candidates success in this role. Previous experience with process development is a plus. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in engineering required. 2-4 years experience required. Support and execute Drivetrain aftermarket parts growth initiatives via the NSI process by applying best-practices as outlined by the Aftermarket Growth Guide, thereby helping to achieve greater market share potential. Typical Day: Engaging with NSI project leads, from engineering and/or purchasing, to provide guidance on maximizing AGG assessment, via part branding, supplier selection and IP protection. Create summary report of AGG assessments and exception request for manager. Attend NSI gate reviews for projects evaluated, and report to leadership team the AGG summary for each NSI project Education Requirement: Bachelor of Engineering with at least 3 years of experience.
