Establishes and communicates common goals and direction for project team. Drives the development of overall software test strategy and approach, and project schedules and milestones. Leads staff in the preparation and conduct of testing of new or revised applications/systems and ensure tests are successfully completed and documented. Provide up-to-date information on project status defects, issues, and project risks. Leads the development of a consistent testing methodology. Develops overall readiness and risk assessment of new or revised applications/systems and presents to management. Leads test automation effort using Selenium. Experience Typically over 7 years experience in system testing, business/systems analysis and/or programming 2+ years test experience with Salesforce 3+ years of Selenium experience 1-2 years Programming experience 1+ year API testing experience ERP experience is a plus QTP experience is a plus TFS, SharePoint and BizTalk experience is a plus Performance testing experience is a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
