(Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) 1) Lead and provide technical expertise with mailbox, public folders and shared mailbox migrations from Catamaran Exchange into Optum Exchange environment. 2) Provide 2nd and 3rd level Email customer support. 3) Perform security updates to the Exchange environment. 4) Lead Exchange system performance diagnostics and scalability activities. 5) Experience working with Zixmail, Barracuda and FireEye mail security. 6) Accountable for the availability, reliability, serviceability of the Exchange environment. 7) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010. 8) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server Operating Systems. 9) Responsible for architecture and technical design documentation for production systems and related integrations with dependent sub-systems. What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? 1) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003/2010. 2) Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server Operating Systems. What skills/attributes are a must have? 1) Self-motivated, with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment. What skills/attributes are nice to have? 1) VMware infrastructure knowledge and experience. Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred UHG facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) Schaumburg , Il facility. What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8am - 5pm CT. What type of interview process is preferred?
