The ideal candidate must be a strong SAP Business Objects WebI report developer that knows the entire system and has real world experience developing leading edge report reports and dashboards that provide enhanced analytics and visualization for the end user. This person will be responsible for enterprise wide WebI development, unit testing, and deployment of reports that include complex data integration using Bex, Oracle, and offline data sources. Real world experience designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using other SAP Business Objects tools including Lumira, Analysis For Office, Design Studio, and Information Design Tool (IDT) a major plus. The WebI Consultant/Developer is responsible and accountable for all SAP Business Objects WebI Development deliverables provided by the Enterprise Information Management team(s). This includes requirements gathering for WebI development efforts and recommend architectural changes if needed to SAP Business Objects Universe(s). Acts as primary lead resource and accountable for all SAP Business Objects WebI team deliverables. Initiates, architects, designs and leads WebI new report development and enhancements. Also possible responsibilities include scheduling, publishing, meta data management and performance tuning of Web Intelligence reports. This position requires demonstrated technical, architectural and leadership skills combined with in-depth analytical and system management skills and specific expertise in Business Objects WebI implementation. The incumbent will possess a thorough understanding of the use of business intelligence concepts and tools in aid of presentation and analysis of data Job Duties: Work with cross functional process teams and develop WebI Documents Expertise in managing and enhancing WebI documents Recommend and take lead on new ideas of implementation of WebI Should be thorough on documentation Provides technical & business leadership on BO WebI Contributes and reviews technical documentation Creates and maintains BO WebI reports/documentation Develops BO designs and supporting documentation Ensures adherence to locally defined standards and create/recommend any new standards for all developed components Participates in design and development reviews Ensures performance metrics are met and tracked Consults with cross functional Business Units/Portfolios in developing business strategy & plans to align, define and enable enterprise wide BI solutions Ability to thrive in a complex environment and manage competing priorities Ensures data quality standards and best practices from definition through implementation for all solutions Required Skills/Background: Bachelors Degree required, with further formal higher education degree and certifications preferred 3 Years of SAP Business Objects WebI Report & Dashboard Development, including Bex 3 Years of experience developing BI solutions using SAP ECC and BW data sources 3 years of Oracle PL/SQL Experience Experience with Information Design Tool (IDT), Lumira, Analysis for Office, and Design Studio a plus Understanding Dimensional modeling concepts is required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
