Job Description Manager: Project Management, MS PROJECT, MS Visio, Accounting

Description :

Roles :
* lead the planning and implementation of the NCJ-TS project;
* facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;
* define project tasks and resource requirements;
* track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
* constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
* present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions;
* implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
* work with the ISP staff to ensure all functional specifications are met;
* facilitate training of internal ISP staff regarding the use of new system, products or services.

Required Skills :
* Minimum of 5 years experience in project management implementing software, and database solutions. Describe relevant experience.
* Must have worked on a minimum of two projects which utilized Microsoft Dynamics AX software. Describe relevant experience.
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Provide an example of written work product produced by the candidate that would be relevant to their work as a Project Manager.
* Must be able to operate at strategic and tactical levels with all project members, partners and end users. Please describe relevant experience.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with implementation partners, developers, and end users. Please describe or provide examples of your communication methodology.
* Must have 5 years experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project, Visio. Describe experience with the above listed software.
* Must have working knowledge of governmental accounting practices.

* Must have worked on a minimum of 2 record information systems or repository projects. Describe relevant experience
