Required Qualifications: • 5 + years of project management experience • 3 + years of program management experience managing large scale, cross-functional software development or enterprise-wide data governance programs - 4 Year Degree Technical Skills Required : • Experience using Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps/VSTS, JIRA, Rally • PMP certification from PMI • 3+ years of experience practicing Agile/Scrum as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Solution or Release Train Engineer • Agile certification as a ScrumMaster, Product Owner, or Release Train Engineer - cross-functional software development or enterprise-wide data governance programs - Experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or data scientist (Highly desired but not required) Soft Skills Required - Strong self-initiative - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong accountability, project planning/organization, and teamwork while being assertive in a respectful way - Ability to inspect and adapt the way the team works to continuously improve Required Skills :   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
