Primary responsibility is to provide support for bug analysis, troubleshooting high severity issues to restore service, general NOS deliverables within R&S, DCN (Nexus) and UCS platforms. Includes Scheduled and Unscheduled Change Support, on call support (Emergency MW) after business hours when needed for S1/S2 issues possibly ~4-6 hrs/month, guidance on PSIRTs, FN. Platforms incl. ASR1k/9k, Cat 6500/4900/3750x, 12000, CRS, 2800, 7200, 7600, ASR1k, ASR9k, CRS, 3945, Nexus 2k/5k/7k and UCS. R&S NOS deliverables include Config Best Practices, HW EOX; initiate/review Bug Scrubs for R&S and Nexus platforms; support Lab Testing; guidance on SW Strategy; SIAR; KT; Nexus deliverables incl. design support, lab support, initiate and lead bug scrubs for UCS and Nexus Assist partner lead engineer with SNTC data integration issues although resolution of data integration issues if any will be delivered by Smart Assist team Key callouts Must be able to provide emergency MW support after business hours for S1/S2 outages (~ 4-6 hours/month) Engineer with experience serving as a hybrid HTE and NCE with NOS deliverable experience in route/switch and Nexus platforms is highly desirable Can Do Attitude Excellent communication and soft skills Minimum Qualifications Engineer with experience serving as a hybrid HTE and NCE with NOS deliverable experience in route/switch and Nexus platforms is highly desirable Can Do Attitude Excellent communication and soft skills Drives issues to closure Engages with the customer Leadership Skills You can see it.
