In addition to ensuring a satisfactory applicant/customer experience, the Specialist ensures accuracy of data in TCFIFs system of record. · Bachelors Degree and/or 3+ years of experience in a customer facing position or 3+ years of experience in banking or finance. · Exceptional attention to detail, organized and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while staying focused with minimal supervision. · Excellent communication (verbal and written communication) and listening skills. · Problem solving skills. · Contact prospects in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly targets. · Validate and input account data within the system of record (Inventory Engine) to ensure accuracy. · Ensure prospect applications and submitted application requirements are in accordance with TCFIF Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies, processes, and procedures. · Obtain information to qualify new prospects including products and brands carried and distributors purchased from. · Lead qualified prospects assigned to you through the customer on boarding process from application to activation which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation. · Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline. · Actively expand and maintain product and brand knowledge. · Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers. · Other on boarding related tasks, responsibilities and special projects as needed.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
