Collaborates within their scrum team and across scrum teams as needed to provide quality validation throughout DevOps. MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Establishes acceptance criteria for sprint builds • Helps the team define the definition of done for a sprint • Work closely with the product owner to define user stories • Estimate the scope and size of the testing effort for each user story • Work closely with developers to assess and advise on testability aspects • Design and execute automated and manual tests, including exploratory testing • Collaborate with test automation team member • Testing of nonfunctional requirements: security, reliability, maintainability, scalability, usability • Coordinate with technology teams, business analysts , product owners, developers within the scrum teams • Experienced in planning work tasks in an Agile-Scrum development platform EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems; 5 years of testing/product quality experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Requires an understanding of organizational impacts and trade-offs of quality processes.
