SQL SDLC Developer (Jobs in Indianapolis, IN)   Requirement id 71109 Job title Developer Job location in Indianapolis, IN Skills required Windows Environment, Data Visualization, Oracle Database, SQL SDLC Open Date 29-Jun-2018 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement not found Job interview type Face to Face interview Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Developer: Windows Environment, Data Visualization, Oracle Database, SQL SDLC **Candidate must be our own W2 Employee. **We should submit only GC,GC - EAD, L2-EAD,H4-EAD and Citizens) Job Description : Description of Duties Develop Oracle PL/SQL Packages for use in Oracle BI Publisher Reporting using RTF templates Develop complex queries and procedures using PL/SQL and Oracle SQL Developer for reports based on report specifications May develop dashboards and reports using Tableau Develop report layouts based on objective of report with focus on usability, clarity, and audience Work with DBAs and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure that reports meet user requirements May work directly with end users or with BA and Project Management (PM) support Formally document report requirements Work with Database Administrator (DBA) to optimize queries Work with DBAs to develop needed data marts, queries, views, and reporting tables as part of a larger reporting platform initiative Assist with ETL development, data mapping, and data migration documentation including documentation of business processes and how data is stored for new and/or modified applications, including operational procedures and manuals Skillset Requested Windows Environment (Advanced) – 10+ years experience Complete Windows environment for desktop and server MS Development (Advanced) – 5+ years experience Experience with the Microsoft development stack including Visual Studio, .NET web and desktop development using C#, and SQL Server, and SQL Server Reporting Services preferred Experience developing and using XML and Web Services is preferred Experience mapping and migration tools like Altova MapForce or similar for ETL development is a preferred Data Visualization (Advanced) – 3+ years experience Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques Advanced knowledge and experience with data visualization approaches considering objectives, audience, and delivery Experience with Tableau preferred Oracle Databases (Expert) – 7+ years experience Thorough knowledge of data processing and database concepts; advanced development experience creating and using database objects in Oracle 11g and 12c specifically related to report development Thorough knowledge and ability to analyze and understand entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) and metadata dictionaries for large complex datasets and schemas Advanced experience and ability developing Oracle PL/SQL Packages for use in Oracle BI Publisher Reporting using RTF templates preferred SQL (Expert) – 7+ years experience Advanced knowledge of SQL query optimization Experience in developing ETLs, services, and migration applications for handling, transforming, and moving data for internal and external facing data is preferred Thorough knowledge and ability to develop queries, procedures, and views for report development SDLC (Advanced) – 7+ years experience Thorough knowledge of and experience in implementation of Systems Development Life Cycle is required   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
